Privacy Policy

Aureus Deco uses a private business operations system to help organize customer requests, order details, supplier information, and related business communications.

Information We Process

With permission from the account owner, the system may process information from connected Google accounts, including:

  • Email sender and recipient information

  • Subject lines and timestamps

  • Email content relevant to Aureus Deco business operations

  • Customer names and contact details

  • Product, artwork, customization, pricing, inventory, and order information

How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

  • Identify and organize business inquiries

  • Summarize customer requests

  • Track orders, dates, statuses, and unanswered items

  • Maintain internal business records

  • Assist with inventory and supplier-related workflows

  • Improve Aureus Deco’s internal operations

The system does not send, delete, archive, label, or modify Gmail messages. Google account access is read-only.

Google User Data

The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not:

  • Sold

  • Used for advertising

  • Shared with data brokers

  • Used to build advertising profiles

  • Used to train publicly available artificial-intelligence models

Google user data is only used to provide the internal business-assistance features described in this policy.

Security and Automated Processing

Aureus Deco uses technical safeguards intended to limit access and reduce risk. These include sender checks, read-only permissions, access controls, audit records, and separation between unrelated business systems.

Where automated processing is used:

  • Email HTML is converted to plain text.

  • Remote images and links are not automatically opened.

  • Attachments are not automatically opened.

  • Only the information needed for the business workflow is processed.

  • Automated results are treated as internal notes and may require human review.

Storage and Retention

Relevant structured business records may be stored in a private database controlled by Aureus Deco. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations.

OAuth credentials and access tokens are stored separately from ordinary business records and are restricted to authorized system components.

Sharing of Information

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the system, such as hosting, database, security, and artificial-intelligence processing providers. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide their services.

We do not sell personal information.

Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You may request access to or deletion of personal information associated with Aureus Deco’s internal records by contacting us.

Google users can also revoke the application’s access through their Google Account third-party connections.

Revoking access prevents future collection but may not automatically delete previously retained business records. You may contact us to request their deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements.
